Individual Pharmaceutical Logistics
Because every transport is different!
Anything is possible on Europe's roads: routes are torn up, roads are washed out, bridges collapse, mountain passes are impassable, and border posts are closed! Sometimes it's the forces of nature, sometimes it's political decisions that make a transport order unique. That's why we at PharmaSped evaluate many risk factors in advance with a cool, analytical eye and develop a customized logistics concept for each of our customers. Our flexible models are based on our own experience and expertise as well as that of our dispatchers.
At PharmaSped, we plan every pharmaceutical shipment with the utmost care and attention, considering all current conditions on site, at the individual loading points and at the border crossings in Europe and Eurasia. This results in a clear logistics strategy that can be adapted at short notice, if necessary, should delivery quantities, time windows or other factors vary.
Quality Management in Compliance with GDP
Time is money - but money isn't everything!
In pharmaceutical logistics in particular, numerous parameters must be considered simultaneously. Sometimes time is the deciding factor, while in other cases, cost efficiency takes priority. We tailor our transport solutions accordingly. At the same time, all legal regulations and guidelines of the European Commission on good distribution practice for medicinal products (GDP) must be always complied with.
With the strictest quality management measures, we at PharmaSped ensure that all pharmaceutical products, for whose integrity we assume responsibility, are transported and stored clean, dry and at an appropriate temperature always. In addition, we guarantee complete documentation of all activities and measured values.
Thanks to precise planning: No chance for coincidences
Everything is under control!
We monitor our transports around the clock with precision. That's why we only use vehicles that meet our specifications and employ drivers trained in accordance with GDP guidelines. This enables us to respond flexibly, quickly, and appropriately to any changes in conditions during transit.
Once the truck is on the road, we receive geodata, refrigeration status, and door status updates every 15 minutes via telemetry. This ensures that we consistently adhere to the individual contractual agreements with our customers.
Automatic alarms and a 24/7 on-call service ensure that we can react quickly at any time in the event of deviations. Both the measuring units and our IT system for cold chain management are redundant and we back up all data at regular intervals.
